RENUMBERING (OO gauge)
£15 per item.
If you are unable to provide transfers, I may be able to use what I have in stock (at no extra cost, though my stock is limited) or purchase what is necessary. The cost of special purchases will be passed on to you, with any unused materials returned with the finished model. Etched plates will normally need to be supplied with the model or purchased by me, with the cost charged back to you.
TURNAROUND TIMES
This is not my main line of work, and as such am not able to dedicate many hours per month to weathering. I am, therefore, unable to offer or guarantee a quick turnaround; although I do guarantee that I continually strive to achieve outstanding results. Should you be dissatisfied in any way, I will be most happy to fix the problem.
PAYMENT TERMS
I will only take on work if you have read and agree to the following conditions:
1. Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date (on completion of your work). I do not request any payment in advance.
2. If you fail to pay within 14 days without good reason, I will charge interest on the amount outstanding in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 as amended and supplemented by the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Regulations 2002. This rate of interest will be the Bank of England base rate plus 8%.
3. If, after 30 days, no payment has been received and no excuse provided, I shall take legal action to recover monies owed to me.

Please always provide your name and return address with your packages of work, as well as - if possible - some written instructions, pictures or other information that you think will be useful.
